Laura’s education includes a MBA from the Smith School of Business, a degree in Occupational Therapy from Western University, and certificates in Advanced Health Leadership and Applied Positive Psychology. She is also a yoga and meditation instructor and a professional coach.

For her, a thriving life includes challenging physical activity, time in nature, travel and serving others. In 2016, she developed a resilience program for youth from disadvantaged backgrounds and she donates a portion of her revenues to causes that are important to her.
